We are three 8th grade Girl Scouts who have are upcycling t-shirts
into reusable shopping bags as our Silver Award project.

Our goal for this project is to

• Educate the public about sustainable practices.

• Upcycle T-shirts into reusable grocery bags and other items.

• Distribute the reusable grocery bags at small local businesses in BH

• Promote reducing, reusing, and recycling by handing out pamphlets
  explaining how upcycling old items is beneficial to the environment.
  
  

* The remaining bags are available for free for the public

to take outside the Berkeley Heights Public Library

during their hours, which can be found at bhplnj.org *
