There are various opportunities for affordable housing right here in Berkeley Heights. 

For information about affordable sale and rental housing in town, please visit this section of the New Jersey Affordable Homes website. CGP&H is the administrative agent for the township's affordable housing. 

On the website above, you will be able to:

There is currently a wait list, so residents interested in pursuing affordable housing should inquire about getting on the wait list. Applicants who join the CGP&H waiting list to rent or purchase a home in Berkeley Heights will be included in the lottery for new rental projects if CGP&H is the administrative agent.

How do I know if I am eligible for Affordable Housing? 

Visit the AffordableHomesNewJersey.com website to view income limits. You can also submit the short on-line preliminary application. It only takes a few minutes and you will be notified immediately if you are over the income limits.
