It's back and it's your chance to give back!
BHWalks, which brings together community members of all ages to walk together in Downtown Berkeley Heights, is restarting after a pandemic hiatus on Saturday, June 4. As we walk together, we pick up litter and look for any issues that could impact pedestrian and student safety. Berkeley Heights becomes cleaner, prettier, and safer due to your efforts.
On June 4, meet at Veterans Memorial Park at 9 am. You’ll be given a garbage bag and gloves by the Berkeley Heights Downtown Beautification Committee (DBC) to collect litter along the route. The event will conclude by 11 am. Representatives of the DBC will be present to organize and supervise the event. (Children under 11 must be accompanied by a parent.)
