Maintenance & Field Preparation
Veterans Memorial Park is maintained by the Recreation Commission and the field preparation is done by the department of Public Works.
General Maintenance Schedule
- Fertilization performed early Spring, late Spring, Fall
- Grass cut weekly or as needed
- Restrooms inspected daily, cleaned Weds
- Seeding performed annually as needed
- Trashcan pick-up 3 times per week
